There are many kinds of accidents and injuries, some of the main ones we will discuss here are the following;

a) Car and Vehicle Accidents:
If you or someone you know has been involved in a vehicle or motorcycle accident, or any other motor vehicle, this section provides tips on steps you can take now to protect your legal rights, information on fault related issues in motor vehicle accident cases, and an overall outcome of what to expect in a lawsuit arising from a vehicle accident. When you are involved in a motor accident, there are certain things you have to do to stay out of trouble, stay at the scene till all issues are resolved, Check on all drivers and passengers, before assessing damage to property, call the police, be wary of settlements and assess the damage, make sure you get medical help and cooperate with authorities. These are some of the immediate basics.
b) Defective products:
There are 3 different types of product defects that may give rise to injury which can implicate a supplier or a manufacturer. They include: design defects, marketing defects and manufacturing defects. Design defects exist from the start, even before a product is manufactured – they include everything in the design that deem it unsafe.
Manufacturing defects are all those that come about during a products manufacture. And lastly, marketing defects are all those problems in a product in the way it is marketed, which may include inaccurate labelling, improper instructions or not enough warnings for safety.
Product liability actions are often quite complex, and establishing legal fault often requires the legal help and expertise.
